Doug,

Thanks for the message. It's been a bit of a journey the last weeks.

I finally saw a psychotherapist from the Dutch mental health service but her English wasn't good - actually that whole experience was awful. So, I abandoned that idea and sought a private therapist instead - more expensive but have now got a good therapist with perfect English and it's going well.
