i wish i had your willpower, my arthritis is getting worse,but i love the odd beer 2 pints a day. and im afraid i eat sh*t food,but you are right. i have just been looking at acupunture . i have had it before on my elbow,s when working as a bricklayer. but its expencive for about 10 sessions. have you ever had quarterzone jabs , i am going to ask my gp about them. the reason i picked up on your thread is , in the bar yesterday a buddy has been in hospital for a knee replacement. he said he would sooner be shot than go through that pain agian, he had lose 2 stone in weight in 2 weeks through sheer pain, it was etched in his face an he looked 20 years older. mind it was the full knee op where they screw the ball into you bone, apparently its a lot more paifull than a hip replacement.good luck on your diet.
