I took his post as more of a suggestion to get to a doctor then the other. Im sorry he hurt your feelings and I can't speak for him, but I dont think he intentionally meant to upset you. Its hard to judge when to use humor, some people feel better when others make jokes. Anyway I hope you feel better soon, it does sound like something to get checked by a doctor.
