Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I try to drink several tall glasses of water a day. Maybe a couple throughout the morning, a couple more in the afternoon, another 1-2 in the evening. I've quit caffeine altogether. It is a diuretic. I drink decaf in the morning now, and lemonade at lunch (instead of cola or iced tea).
