Meditation and depression

Posted by rabble_rouser on July 12, 2005, at 14:34:38

Hello all,

I havent posted in this board before, and forgive me if it is a little misplaced.

I have always been agnostic / atheist, but with a sense that there is something more to life. I guess you could say that I have felt a real need for some spirituality in my life ...

Over the last year or so I have become more and more interested in meditation, and more recently, the spiritual side of it. I have found it massively helpful from a therapeutic point of view, but I would like to know of or hear from anyone that has chosen to take it further, past the point of recovery?

Peace to all and blue skies,

Rabble
