Been taking 3g of niacin + 5g vit C for a while now. HAD to get off those satins! And each blood test since have showed stable cholesterol levels. Thats why I take in mainly. Done no tests to check it's mood benefits. How does niacin help anxiety linkadge, in ur own words?
Why the high dose of C? Seems that its often added as a precaution. Against oxidation and probably other toxic side-effects.
