sulforaphane in broccoli

hello,
I eat half a pound of broccoli microgreens a day which helps me with depression and anxiety. I also take zoloft and remeron. Sulforaphane in broccoli works by the nrf2 pathway. Are there other people who take broccoli sprouts or microgreens for depression. I took curcumin in the past and I didn't feel much of it.
