GABA comes to mind as does magnesium and Vitamin B6 combo. One I had success with was the herb kava kava, but only at lower dosages. Higher dosages can be stimulating, which you would want to avoid if you have anxiety. Also, if you already are taking prescription antidepressants, kava kava might not mix well with these. Caution. Some of the other B vitamins would help anxiety, but you'd have to try them and see what works.
