It's a little dated in its material, but it has a lot of good ideas as well, like using B vitamins and multivitamins along with the aminos for a better response.

Does it build up in your system and provide more consistency? I read too many instances of where people say the effect didn't last for them. I don't think I would be consistent at all if I had to take it every 2 hours.
