It looks like this is different in that it has GABA in the leaves. However, GABA doesn't pass the blood-brain-barrier, so it's unlikely that aspect of this stuff will have an effect.
That said, if it's a good oolong, by all means keep drinking :) (and don't fully boil the water!)
