Hi 49er.

A good friend of mine suggested the combination of fish oil and PS. When I researched these substances, I found that they were ideal to meet my desire to supply the brain with the raw materials to support healing. These two substances might be synergistic in promoting the repair of neuronal membranes and the growth of neurites. This is speculation on my part. I haven't received my order of fish oil yet, and I am not inclined to start PS at this juncture. Another substance that I chose to use to support neurotrophism is lithium. Low dosages of lithium (150-300 mg) increase cytosolic levels of BDNF and bcl-2, two substances that act as "hormones" for neuron growth and maintenance.

How does lecithin work?

Thanks.

Some see things as they are and ask why.
I dream of things that never were and ask why not.
