I'm up to 550mg of chelated Magnesium at bedtime along with 500mg of chelated calcium. I sleep better. I have heard that the ratio of Calcium:Magnesium is important, and that some people do better on a 1:1 ratio. That works better for me. I've even read that some people actually need twice the amount of magnesium to calcium. Will post any updates as the weeks and months progress. I also have a little more energy during the day because of the Cal/Mag supplement.
