Yeah, I kinda agree with you that it is a pseudo science. I almost feel a little embarrassed posting this. However, wearing gold jewelry does affect me psychologically if I wear it from time to time. If I wear it everyday, that feeling of comfort wanes. They talk about gold affecting the chakra points on the body. This might evoke a psychological role for wearing jewelry. I don't know for sure.
