acetyl l-carnitine + inositol?

hi i've added acetyl l-carnitine to my lexapro regime to hopefully counteract some of the memory/cognitive deficits i often experience on ssri's. i'm only on 2.5mg of lexapro but so far the combination seems fruitful - anyway i guess i'll have to wait til i go up to 5mg to see if there's any real benefit. in the past though i've found some success on inositol w/r/t my ocd symptoms and i was wondering if there was any synergistic relationship between acetyl l-carnitine and inositol?
