Daily supplements:
1. ALCAR (plus alpha lipoic acid)
2. Good multivitamin + mineral
3. Good B-Complex

5. TheanineI probably wouldn't take alpha lipoic acid, but there seems to be a consensus that if you take ALCAR, you should take ALA with it, so I do. I'm currently experimenting with PLCAR instead of ALCAR, although I haven't been able to determine any difference.
