Anyway, there have been many studies showing the benefits of taking them both together, even popular daytime TV shows have discussed it (without mentioning brands) so I guess it makes sense to use both. Its heralded as a potent anti-aging combo, increasing memory & overall well being, especially in the elderly.
Cant see no harm in adding it, which is what I'll do.
