Two weeks ago, I started exercising on stationary cardio equipment at my local gym, around 4 times a week for 20-35 minutes, depending on how busy the day is.
I already notice huge improvements in mood and less anxiety.
Also, I like doing it in the morning as it wakes me up and gets the blood flowing.
