Which Vitamin/Herbs Best You Think? Stumped Again

L-phenylalanine was too stimulating by itself so I went to the health food store and purchased a V2000 Multinutrient Formula for Vegetarians which is sugar and starch free here are a few things not all in it:

Pyridoxal-5-phosphate

Caroteinoid Mix
Alfalfa(whole plant)

Watercress(whole plant)
Echinachea Purpurea(root)
Parsley(aerial)
Spirulina

Soy Protein/Amino Acid Blend:
