Not directly. It is a histaminic response, though. It's generally thought that people will adapt to niacin, and that the flush reaction will fade over multiple exposures. Why are you using niacin (nicotinic acid)? Niacinamide is less likely to cause this reaction, and is anxiolytic/antihistaminic.
