B6 I think helps my sleep a bit as I tend to remember my last dream of the night when I take it.
I take 100mg once a day. I wonder if its worth upping that to 200mg and seeing if I get any improvement?
Dunno if its relevant, but I recall the old wives tale that eating cheese before bedtime caused nightmares. I LOVE cheese and regularly eat a large chunk before bed but don't recall suffering the nightmares.
