Dare I suggest B1 injections? or even tyrosine?
http://tealady-health.blog.co.uk/?tag=tooth%20pain

I've really no idea if they would help, BUT thy did dull to almost gone my tooth nerve root pain and fascial pain..and Bob (friend on my blog who posted here a while ago once) found chewing garlic seemed to help his tooth nerve root pain .he trid it as garlic was high in B1 I think?
Apparentl;y tyrosine helped me previously looking back.. but it's not something one can usually continue over a period.

Sorry to hear of your back Dec.
