Guys,
I am on Paxil CR 50mg for depression, but mostly for generalized anxiety. I have found that Taurine seems to help me somewhat. I notice that with a lot of the aminos, they say to check with your doctor before taking with an AD. Now honestly, if i were to ask my shrink that, he'd be anti-alternatives! If I were to start SLOWLY with small doses, do you think it would likely be okay??? Any experiences here? PS-As to the taurine, I never saw anywhere that it warned against taking it with meds.
