Pregnenolone - NMDA activity

Anyone tried Pregnenolone to help ease brain fog or depression?


It supposedly helps with memory and " mood lifting"


I read that it has effects on NMDA receptors but couldn't figure out exactly what it does, so if anyone knows I would be curious to find out.
