Alternative Treatments - List them here

Here's a list of all the other treatments i'm trying for mental illness (psychosis):
-Psychology (seeing a psychiatrist)
-Hypnosis
-Meditation & Relaxation
-EFT (Emotion Freedom Technique)
-Reiki healing
-Attending groups where you can share stories and experiences, social activity groups.
-Seeing a dietician - eating right, getting all your vitamins and drinking plenty of water.
-regular exercise
-plenty of sleep, having regular sleeping patterns

The exercise and dieting keeps your body in shape so it can produce all the right substances. Regular sleeping patterns will keep your body clock running correctly. The reiki healing heals the energetic body (after all... everything that exists in this universe consists of energy!) EFT frees up emotional disturbances, hypnosis reprograms the subconscious, psychology reprograms the conscious, meditation & relaxation gives you a chance to unwind and take time out, and attending groups is good for the mind.

These alternatives work amazing well, its a pity they aren't recognized as much as they should be. Medication will fight half the battle for us, but the rest is up to us. If you know of any other alternative treatments I haven't mentioned please list them! thanks.
