It could be the combination of increase BP and blood thinning that is promoting the nosebleeding. Other possabilities include dry air etc.

You could discontinune the quercetin for a while, or maybe the tyrosine.

You could also increase vitamin K intake from leafy green vegetables which promotes normal clotting.
