To know what is right, most on T4 replacement seem to feel fine with a FT4 about mid range to 3/4 way up range or so?

and the peak (mode) of TSH is around the 1.1 mark .. so for people entirely normal on no drugs and healthy and feeling fine.. most are around this level.
Thing is, it's a difficult question to answer as it depends is the only real answer

depends on what other drugs/supplements you take(even aspirin can alter them!)
depends on what your medical history is .. like if you are on thryoid drugs or cortisol or SSRI's or anything etc

also..its not exactly known just what affects what..and definitely not widely known thru the medical profession, and mostly unknown if anything!

But in general your TSH is perfect and your FT4 may be on the low side.. but its in normal range
and I guess with the figures you gave you are in the USA.. so I guess you are getting enough iodine etc..
