Hi,
Has anyone come across anything that indicates why people such as myself have no energy - tired all the time? If I just knew the cause I could treat it!
I'm currently taking adderall 30 mg/day but I get headaches every time I take it and don't want to have to take ibuprofen twice a day (hard on the liver). Anybody know a cure for these headaches?
Any natural substances that increase energy? I'm thinking maybe my thyroid is a tad bit low. I should purchase a thermometer and test myself.
I've thought about ordering thyroid thru (an expensive but natural thyroid enhancer). I read about it on
www.curezone.com
which by the way is an awesome alternative health site with tons of forums and helpful people. I was reading an article that said hypothyroid is highly underdiagnosed and if you have fatigue and cold hands and feet it could be mild hypothyroidism and that use of SSRI antidepressants can bring it on.I've also considered mercury toxicity from fillings, which could also cause a lot of my symptoms.
Anybody been able to figure out the cause of low energy and treat it naturally? I also get frequent headaches (even without adderall but the adderall brings them on everyday). I do take magnesium taurate for headaches, but it doesn't help these adderall ones. I know MSG and pop give me headaches, so I avoid those.
Let me just say I'm so tired of doctors who are unable to treat tiredness, when it is one of the most common complaints by patients! To me, that is incompetence in the medical profession, it has to have a cause! It can take years from your life and jeopardize your ability to work and get anything done in life.
Any comments or experiences or responses welcomed and appreciated!
