This is not a quick fix, it's something you learn and it generally takes months, but you should see improvements.

Phenibut can make you feel more sociable, but you have to be very cautious with the dosage. It can range from totally ineffective to spaced out mind warp for several days. Kava root is also effective for sociability as long as you get high quality raw root and prepare it yourself. www.realkava.com for example.

The golden rule is it's better to help yourself than wait for others to help you. That's why we are all here sharing what information we have. Great forum :)
