Taurine-Stomach Pains!

High all

I have to say I love Taurine, it really helps calm me down, without making me tired like most Anti Anxiety agents.

The problem is it causes horrible stomach pains!
I've tried taking it with carbs without much benefit.
Ginger helps with the Pain, but it lowers my stomach acid which isn't good!

Is there anything else which could stop the taurine from hurting?
