RNA/DNA are purines which are richly found in dark meats(beef, deer, sardines, salmon, etc...), as well as organ meats(liver). It's the main offender that gives people gout for people that are prone to it. So if you look up the "gout diet" you can find all the foods that are high in purines.
On the plus side it is a natural stimulant that increases the sympathetic nervous system which is helpful for apathetic, anhedonic, tired depressives. It is also satiating which is helpful for people that are prone to always being hungry.
If you read a number of metabolic typing books as well as chinese medicine it outlines the theory of high/low purine diets and it's effects on health, and a little on mood.
There are is more info on the effects on mood on pubmed/medline.
