I was wondering if people had any idea how long this takes to kick in or is it possible that the anxiety will never abate on this herb. I understand every one is different but just wanted to know any one elses experince.

I've been doing a ton of research on rhodiola. According to realworld experiences at swjinfo.org it gets good reviews. One person found it worked better than 6 other brands. It is the good stuff from the corrent region of Siberia.

Apparently it is tricky to dose. Too low of a dose is stimulating, a higher dose is more calming, but too high of a dose is agitating. I know it sounds weird, but you might actually want to try 2 a day instead of one. You could also consider another brand. And to get through the start-up period for a few weeks you may need to find yourself something to add to it for calming until it kicks in.
