Withania, bacopa, phyllanthus(sp?),and holy basil are all Ayurvedic herbs. Withania is a mild and safe adaptogenic herb. Bacopa is (I read) the foremost Ayurvedic herb for insanity. Which sounds nice. Withania has always agreed with me. Bacopa makes me feel quite clear enough, but I seem to be handling it so far.
