OK, I just looked up the types of fat.
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/fat/NU00262I take omega 3 all day. I wonder if that counts as high fat or not.
Saturated fat and transfat are pure evil, while Monounsaturated, Polyunsaturated, and Omega-3 fatty acids are ok... except high dosages of some cause memory problems, and other health concerns. Which ones though? I'll have to do more googling I suppose.
If anyone knows anything, please post.
