Hi,
I'm interested in the amino acids to help my BPII. I'm curious about phenylalinine (sp?) but isn't it in diet sodas that contain aspartame? Aspartame is death for me...it made me terribly depressed the day after I would consume it, so I avoid it now. I'm reluctant to try L-phenylalinine because I associate it with that horrible aspartame. I've tried tyrosine with limited success. Any opinions?
