I thought I answered this, but I guess I forgot to send it.

In vitro tests suggest that milk thistle influences cytochrome enzyme rates, but in vivo tests have shown the effect to be very small. For most people, I would presume a negligible effect. However, if there appears to be an interaction, I would to this as the explanation for it.
