I've heard that ororate is more bioavailable than regular lithium. It is supposed to do the same thing but with a lesser dose.

This may or may not be true. It may just be a claim since I beleive supplement companies are restricted to the amount of lithium they can put in a supplement.

Some people say it works just as well, with fewer side effects.
