I had a couple of instances of this - felt amazing after practically no sleep. Also more money in the sleep bank for the next night - but I really hate laying awake at night, and I'm not exactly physically my best completely zombied out (although happy). For me I always thought it just dumped my anxiety as I was too tired to feel anxious and could actually appreciate life for once, without feeling mega-wired.
