I tried it a couple times and didn't notice much except mild sedation. I have a whole pharmacy of "entho-botanicals" like Calea Z, lotus, california poppy, calamus root, vervain, and so forth.
I usually regret it when I recommission my water pipe and start experimenting with that stuff.
