Cool, but what't tryptamine? I've heard of it, but don't know what it is.

P.S. MAO inhibitors always improved the antidepressant effect of exercise in myself.
The herb FO-TI (MAO-B inhibitor) had a similar effect. Exercise relases PEA, and MAO-B inhibitors would probably allow that PEA to circulate longer before being metabolized.
