Will taurine and tyrosine compete for brain barrier entry if they are dosed at the same time? Or do they have non-competitive entry?
And what about 5htp with either of them? I think 5htp and tyrosine do have competition, but I'm not sure.
I'm finding a lot of benefit from the combo of tyrosine and taurine, but I'm still in the early stages of experimenting with the tricky parts...what doses I like, when to take doses, how much time between doses, etc.
Right now I take tyrosine first, and then followup with taurine about a half hour later. But I would rather just take them at the same time. That's why I'm wondering about competition between them.
