Anyhow, not sure what supps would be best for you. What is your exact diagnosis, and which meds are you taking ?
There are two sides to me. THe one side says that the drugs have ruined my life (which is what I strongly believe) but the other side of me has to be considerate of people's situations.
If you decide to stop meds, it needs to be based on many personal factors.
If you are mother (if i recall), and I would put them first. My mother messed around with meds so much when we were growing up, that I never knew her, I still don't know her.
I encourage getting off meds, but I don't people's personal situations, so I can't really say these things for sure.
