Magnesium Glycinate Vs. Magnesium Citrate?

Posted by blueberry on September 24, 2005, at 8:32:48

First two days with Mg Glycinate were postive. But I'm so curious as to whether it is the magnesium or the glycine doing the work.

I have ordered some Mg Citrate to substitute for the Mg Glycinate to see.

Has anyone tried both of these and found any difference?
