Niacinamide is supposed to help with benzo withdrawal. Combining Niacinamide, Inositol and GABA is supposed to be the most effective. Gaba is largely ineffective on it's own, although some people disagree.
There are companies who make supplements with these three supplements combined in the correct amounts.
Twinlabs GABA Plus is the one I'm thinking of.

Taking Taurine and Magnesium Glycinate is also reported to help.
Other supplements that enhance the effects of Gaba or increase Gaba levels are Pikamilone and L-Theanine, Valerian and possibly Kava Kava. Before taking any of these supplements I recommend a good search about on google and possibly pubmed.com
Obviously there can be quite nasty rebound anxiety with Benzos as it's widely known for this to happen. Whether there's a rebound effect from stopping supplements I'm not sure. I think they are all less potent than benzos so if there is it may be mild.
