I use the omega 3 too, I must say I think the stuff has greatly improved my mood/concentration.
I think I'll try the magnesium again too. I previously baught a very cheap brand of 300mg Magnesium Oxide tablets. (really cheap quality) Needless to say I didn't really feel much from it, but i've read and heard many good things about it, so i'm going to try it again, with this time a better quality brand.
What form of magnesium do you take?...is there a difference with like, oxide compared to citrate?
Although things are not too bad in the cognitive department with me and the Topamax, there is still some parts of my day where there is some residual symtoms that i'm working on clearing up with supplements....I like what you say about the folic acid connection - I'll try 400mcg and see how it goes...thanks for the information on that :-)
