Hello everyone,
I have been taking Primal Defense for about 7 months with 9-12 caps a day. Prior to that I did a colon cleansing using Colonix kit from drnatura. Right now I am stuck with two major problems. After about 5 months using Primal Defense, my acne condition have tremendously worsened became big cystic and spread all over my shoulders, scalp, chest and back. I would assume this is the reaction of detoxifying the body. But still after two months of waiting for this to disappear, nothing happens. During this time, I am using a topical agent retin-a and aloe vera up until now, to no avail.My second problem is having to gain weight. My body mass index is within the normal range and not really underweight, that is, until you look at my body frame. Figure-wise (numbers), I seem to be at a normal range but I look really skinny in person if you didn't know my calculated weight.
I have been taking together with Primal Defense Barley Green and red beets and carrots. I have read somewhere that having a high protein diet is not good for the body during repair process. I am torn because I also have to virtually CUT DOWN my carb intake because of Primal Defense. It says that I must not eat any form of carb including bread, and pasta.
I am trying to take 7 organic cloves garlic a day as antibacterial agent. What do you guys think?
