They're herbs, you can buy them at any health food store. I don't know the mechanism, but they're both supposed to be libido booster for men and women, esp. the Damiana. If you do a search on google - Damiana libido - you'll get lots of info. The maca helps regulate my cycle (I'm female), and I get cramps ALL month long unless I take it. The Damiana just makes me HORNY!!!!!!! I LOVE it! LOL
