straight from the spoon - or I put it into a squeezy bottle and squeeze some out straight onto my tongue. Actually quite like the taste - but then I am also known to bite fish oil capsules because I like those too. You can buy wheat germ oil in capsules as well though if you don't like the taste. Or of course you can start eating lots of wheatgerm - but I like the oil because it gives more vitamin E as a concentrated form.
