Hi Loops. That's very interesting that too much makes you depressed. Can you tell me what that depression from too much lecithin is like? Is it more of a low mood depression or a physical depression or both? You said that it helps with concentration in your tennis lessons. Does it make you more awake? If so, I guess I shouldn't take it at night.
