I'm a bit better. Thanks for asking. I had a relapse exactly a week ago. I'm back up to two OmegaBrite fish oils a day. Still not back on EPO. I'm a bit scared to go to three fish oils yet. I must have a very sensitive system, because only two was causing some bloating, etc. I've eaten catfish twice, but I haven't gotten up the nerve to eat my beloved salmon again!
I went to the doc Wed. and my blood pressue is really up. He wants me to start taking Avapro. I am NOT eager to do that. And he wants to start me on an AD in a couple of weeks. I am hoping 3 a day of the fish oil will brighten my mood again. It seemed to be helping! I have been reading about 5-htp and might ask him about that instead of an AD. I am still using Ambien sometimes to help me sleep.
Saw your troubles about your nerve pain on the other board. Hang in there! I have major back problems and will run out of Bextra soon and we will have to find a substitute for that. I'm determined not to take narcotics or anticonvulsants if at all possible.
