what are these herbs or other stuff? I am clueless

I already babbled the Mr. Larry about these but if anyone else has any insight, I'd apprecaite it before I swallow my first pill. LOL

I got my bottle of PLUS from Mannatech today- it says it is to support optimal endocrine health.

Here are the ingredients:

*Wild Yam (root) 200 mg
standardized for 25 mg phytosterols
*L-Glutamic acid 200 mg
*Glycine 200 mg
L-Lysine 200 mg
L-Arginine 100 mg
Beta Sitosterol 25 mg
Ambrotose Complex 2.5 mg


All this stuff is french to me. For all I know it could be rat poison. Any ideas??
